The City is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide comprehensive mechanical services, repair, and maintenance for its water and wastewater systems. The selected contractor will support the reliable operation of critical infrastructure, including but not limited to pumps, motors, variable-frequency drives (VFDs), small electrical components, and associated mechanical equipment. This work will be on an as-needed basis for discrete work tasks that may be urgent or support active or planned maintenance work to supplement the City’s operations staff. A one-year not-to-exceed dollar amount On-Call Agreement will be executed with the selected companies with the option to renew annually for up to three years. This is not a Request for Bids, Proposals or Qualifications for a specific project and does not guarantee issuance of any work. Bids must be submitted electronically. Insurance is required.
