Reference Number 0000408965 The Annual Citywide Concrete Rehabilitation Project is located citywide in multiple locations, neighborhoods, and conditions. A majority of the work includes updating concrete and ADA ramps associated with adjacent asphalt improvements. Location and quantity of work are subject to change based on budget, construction, feasibility, staff selection, and staff discretion. The intent of the project is to accomplish as much concrete rehabilitation and repair within the City as identified by City staff, within the allotted budget for the given year. The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to furnished labor, materials, and equipment for the construction of; concrete sidewalk, ADA ramps, curb & gutter, monolithic sidewalk and curb & gutter, cross-pans, drive-cuts, asphalt patching restoration, traffic & pedestrian control, erosion control, public outreach & notification, landscaping & restoration, and all other items necessary to complete the project.
