The project consists of: 1. Full replacement of the sanitary sewer line from the building's toilet flange to the City sewer connection in the alleyway, including excavation, pipe replacement, inspections, and site restoration. 2. Replacement of all under-building sewer infrastructure, including sink and toilet drain lines, P-traps, and all legacy piping materials (lead, cast iron, galvanized, etc.), with modern code-compliant materials.
