Scope includes interior renovation of existing 1550 square feet, a new 800 square foot addition with basement storage area, expansion of the lobby, two new ADA single-use restrooms, a ticketing and concession counter, a combined light and sound vestibule, an updated dressing area, additional storage, and creation of a small multi-use outdoor performance space. Final designs must be construction-ready and fully compliant with historic preservation standards, ADA requirements, and National Register designation criteria.
