Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Miami Gardens, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.

Contractor shall review all documents, specifications, plans, and scope of work provided by Miami-Dade County Parks, Recreation, and Open Spaces Department for the work to be completed. Furnish all labor, equipment, and materials required to comply with the intent of the work described in the contract documents including but not limited to: complete replacement of all exterior aluminum impact windows and doors at the Country Club of Miami Clubhouse and Cart Storage Buildings. New aluminum impact resistant windows must have Miami Dade County NOA or Florida Product Approval to meet Miami Dade County Building Code Requirements. Contractor must obtain and submit all permits prior to performing any work and adhere to manufacturer's requirements and installation guidelines. Responsibilities include providing all necessary supervision, labor, tools, materials, and safety equipment, as well as any drawings (shop drawings, engineering, calculations, as-builts, sketches), documents and reports required by the building department for permitting, product specifications and approvals, permitting and inspection fees, written warranties (minimum 1 year on labor), closeout documents, and any additional documentation anticipated for permitting and performance. Contractor is to submit shop drawings at the pre-construction meeting, order materials once submittals are approved, and provide written delivery date confirmations bi-weekly. All required drawings, shop drawings, specifications, reports, and plans for permitting must be included as reflected by owner's drawings. Product approval and manufacturer specifications are to be submitted at the pre-construction meeting. Prime contractor must be a General Building Contractor or Glass/Glazing with at least two comparable completed projects; subcontractors must have Glass/Glazing experience.
