Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Miami Gardens, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Work includes, but is not limited to, providing all supervision, labor, required materials, equipment, tools, operations, and documentation necessary for the construction of a traffic circle, including site preparation, grading, pavement construction, curb and gutter installation, sidewalks, ADA-compliant pedestrian ramps, drainage structures, pavement markings, and signage, all in accordance with the contract documents. At the time of bid submission, the Prime Contractor must hold valid, current, and active Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Certificate(s) of Qualification. The required FDOT prequalification(s) must authorize performance of the Work specified in the Contract Documents. Acceptable prequalification classes include, but are not limited to, the Flexible Paving and Drainage Work Classes. The Bidder must demonstrate that it has full-time personnel with the necessary experience to perform the Project's Scope of Work. This experience shall include work in successfully completed projects performed by the identified personnel whose bulk of work performed in the Public Right-of-Way is similar in detail to the Project's Scope of Work described in these Solicitation Documents. The Contractor must refer to the Request for Price Quotation (RPQ) and associated project documents for the detailed Scope of Work. All expenses involved with the preparation and submission of bids, or any work performed in connection therewith, shall be borne by the bidder(s).
