The purpose is to receive proposals from qualified, licensed design consultants to provide professional consulting services for the New Westminster Campus Concourse Upgrade. The engagement includes assessing existing conditions, addressing life-safety and code compliance concerns, and developing multiple design pathways to inform future capital decision-making. Three distinct levels of design intervention are to be evaluated, ranging from targeted retrofits to a comprehensive concourse and stair renewal incorporating a social stair concept. The option exists to award subsequent detailed design, procurement, and construction administrative phases to the Consultant. Submissions must be submitted via https://douglascollege.bonfirehub.ca/opportunities. Registration on Bonfire is required if not already completed.
