The New Orleans Aviation Board is requesting qualifications from persons, firms, and teams of firms to provide on-call architectural and engineering services for new construction, demolition, and renovation projects for various programs, departments, and locations. This includes, but is not limited to, an airfield lighting vault regulator upgrade, runway and taxiway enhancements, interior renovations, and potential redevelopment of South Campus Facilities at the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY). Qualifications are being requested from experienced firms to perform the scope of work. Any questions, issues or disagreement regarding the terms, requirements or form of this RFQ must be raised in writing to the NOAB Procurement Manager at procurement@flymsy.com by 4:00 p.m. Central Time on February 25, 2026. The initial contract term will be one (1) year with four (4) one-year renewal options at the sole discretion of the NOAB; notwithstanding the foregoing, The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
