The general scope of work for this contract is to supply all labour, materials and equipment necessary to upgrade the By-Mac campground amenities and campsite lots. The work includes adding a potable water tank with pump and level sensor, septic field, washcar, day use area, walking path, new campground lots, gravel roads, electrical panels, underground electrical cables, electrical pedestals, water pipes, water stations and site gate. The work will also include widening the existing road, upgrading existing lots, and upgrading campsite amenities (i.e., picnic table, pit toilet, fire pit, signs, exterior lighting).
