All Engineering, design, shop drawings, calculations, fabrication, supply of materials, construction and erection for the new Yates County Fire Training Center to provide a complete and operational facility in it's entirety. b. Sitework and building pad preparation shall be by others. c. Installation of Concrete Foundation shall be by others. d. Electrical requirements outside the exterior walls of the supplied training center shall be by others. All interior electrical shall be by training center supplier. The project site will be located at the current Shared Services Facility; 939 State Route 14A, Penn Yan, NY 14527.
