Renovation of an educational facility in Penn Yan, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Separate sealed proposals are required for the Penn Yan Central School District 2026 Capital Improvement Project, specifically for Contract 102: Mechanical Construction Contract. Bids must be submitted in person at the designated location and will not be accepted electronically or by facsimile. Attention is drawn to the requirement for a valid NYS Department of Labor Public Work Contractor and Subcontractor Registry Certificate of Registration, which must be included with the bid. Incomplete bids or those lacking required documentation are subject to rejection. Bidders must also submit, in a separate sealed envelope, a list of names and amounts to be paid to HVAC, Plumbing, and/or Electrical subcontractors. This list is subject to public inspection and can only be changed for legitimate construction needs. Relevant bidding documents can be examined at specified locations. There are specific requirements under the Wicks 2008 law reform that must be observed.
