Renovation of an educational facility in Homer City, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 84,000-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility.
Sealed bids are invited for the furnishing of all labor and materials required for the exterior stair renovation at Homer-Center High School. The work will be completed under a single General Construction Contract. Bidders are responsible for obtaining bidding documents, which are available in both hard copy (for a fee) and electronically (free). All bids must be marked for the project and submitted by the specified deadline. Bidders must provide satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds for the full contract price and adhere to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act as outlined in the contract documents. The Homer-Center School District reserves the right to waive irregularities and accept or reject any or all bids in its best interest.
