Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, expendable equipment, materials, transportation services necessary for the sidewalk steam pressure washing services as described herein, including but not limited to, the following. Please use the quantities and frequencies listed per location below for pricing of the bid line items. The total cost shall be used for the cost evaluation portion of this bid. Due to the as-needed nature of the services, the City reserves the right to adjust recurring schedules and quantities as necessary, depending on condition and need. Please refer to the specifications document for the full scope of services. Instructions to bidders: No contractor or subcontractor may be listed on a bid proposal for a public works project unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5. No contractor or subcontractor may be awarded a contract unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations. This project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations.
