Bids must be submitted on the provided Bid Form and accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check, or acceptable bidder's bond payable without recourse to the City of Rockdale, Texas in an amount not less than five percent of the bid, as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract and execute a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond within ten days after notification of the award.
