Civil site work in preparation for construction of a new High School. Bidders must submit offers under seal to the Owner at the specified address before the due date and time. Bid Documents for a Stipulated Sum contract may be obtained from the architect's plan room website upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit. Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond or certified check for a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid Amount is required. Submit offers on the provided Bid Form, with the option to supplement as appropriate. Bids must be delivered in a sealed envelope marked with the project name if mailed or hand delivered, and electronic bid submission is also accepted with proper labeling. Bids over $50,000 must display the contractor's Mississippi certificate of responsibility number and proof of Mississippi license. Non-resident contractors must comply with Mississippi law regarding treatment of non-resident contractors. Offers must remain irrevocable for 60 days after submission.
