Wise Center Renovation and Addition – Farm Animal Hospital at Mississippi State University. Bidders shall submit their bids either in a sealed envelope or electronically, including a copy of their Certificate of Responsibility for electronic submissions. Contract Documents may be obtained from the Office of Procurement and Contracts. Bid documents are available via original paper copy or PDF; plan holders must register and order documents online. Bid preparation will be in accordance with Instructions to Bidders bound in the Project Manual. Mississippi State University reserves the right to waive irregularities and reject any or all bids. Telephones and desks will not be available for bidders' use at the bid site.
