The work shall consist of pulverizing, grading, and paving specified roads, including the application of a 2-inch base and 1.5-inch surface with a 2-foot CABC shoulder on the following roads: Christie Court, Christie Way, North Whistling Wind, Mistique Lane, Woodhaven Circle, with a second lift of 1.5 inches of surface on Woodward Way and Toad Island Trail. Supplemental bid items include Brett Way and Ledgen Lane, requiring the same pulverize, grade, and paving specifications. All bids must be submitted sealed with the bidder's name, address, and contract specified on the envelope, using the provided Bid Forms. A certified check or bid bond of at least 10% of the maximum bid is required. The Town of Lawrence reserves the right to reject any or all bids. No bid may be withdrawn for 30 days after opening. All work must be completed by July 17, 2026, with a $500 per day penalty for late completion. Mistique Lane (starting with the intersection of North Whistling Wind going east to the intersection of Ledgen Lane including the cul de sac) (430 ft. X 26 ft.)
