Sealed bids are sought for the installation and modification of traffic signals and the performance of other related work under Project ID No. TDS0001834, Broadway-Normandie-Rosecrans Traffic Signal Safety Project in the City of Compton and in the unincorporated communities of Athens-Westmont, East Rancho Dominguez, West Carson, and Willowbrook. Bids must be submitted electronically using Bid Express before 11 a.m. on Tuesday, March 17, 2026. Only electronic bids will be accepted, and paper bids are not permitted. The prime contractor must have a valid California Class A and C10 contractor's license. The estimated cost of the work is between $2,900,000 and $4,400,000, with completion required within 110 working days.
