This project was awarded to Adams Pool Solutions in the amount of $516,766, 20 Tile removal and installation of all new plaster and tile surfaces. To bid on this Project, the Bidder is required to possess one or more of the following State of California contractors' licenses: A, B, and/or C-53 Contractor Licenses. The Bidder's license(s) must remain active and in good standing throughout the term of the Contract. Bonding required for this project is as follows: Bid Bond 10% of the total bid. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond if it is awarded the Contract for the Work.
