Conduct pre-demolition surveys for Building 54 to support a facility reduction effort. Work includes planning and completing all environmental sampling required to determine the presence of ACM and ORM materials, as well as performing a complete waste stream analysis for RCRA 8 metals, lead-based paint, and PCBs-in-paint on components identified as potentially containing paint. Sampling must cover all parts of the facility, including the exterior, roof, basement, crawl spaces, and other accessible areas. The contractor shall identify and document any inaccessible areas, including their size and current or previous use. All sampling and recommendations shall comply with applicable Federal, State, and local regulations. Laboratory testing and analysis must be completed within thirty-five workdays after the field sampling activity, with a Pre-Demolition Assessment Report submitted within fifteen workdays following receipt of laboratory results. The contractor shall quantify environmental contamination present and identify required removal and disposal methods.
