Renovation of an educational facility in Palo Alto, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Bonding required for this project is as follows: Bid Bond 10% of the total bid. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond if it is awarded the Contract for the Work. To bid on this Project, the Bidder is required to possess one or more of the following State of California contractors' license(s): A, B, and/or C-39 Contractor Licenses. The Bidder's license(s) must remain active and in good standing throughout the term of the Contract. Roof Replacement of the Bow Gym at Gunn High School. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and/or waive any irregularity in any bid received. If the District awards the Contract, the security of unsuccessful bidder(s) shall be returned within sixty (60) days from the time the award is made. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed via email to the District to AG Geaitar at aa@fs3h.com. Questions received less than SEVEN (7) calendar days prior to the date for opening bids may not be answered. Question Deadline 04/02/2026 DSA APPL. No. 01-122887 The Project consists of: Site improvements including, but not limited to, landscaping, miscellaneous site work, field turf replacement, grading, irrigation system improvements, and a new play structure with associated surfacing within the primary grades play area. Contractor to provide all demolition, site construction, fencing, utilities, planting, and irrigation. Play structure area scope will consist of subgrade preparation, curbs, nailer edges at all surfacing areas, and base installation under cushion course. Contractor to provide site underground utility survey, site protection and temp fencing to secure construction areas from school staff and students.
