Remodeling of a stadium in Newton, Kansas. Completed plans call for the remodel of a stadium.
Bids are being accepted for the removal of an epoxy floor covering, floor preparation, installation and application of a new epoxy floor covering within various locations of a football stadium. Areas include two locker rooms and four bathrooms. Proposals must be submitted using the Bid Form provided. Each envelope containing a bid must be plainly marked on the outside as Bid for Flooring Fischer Field (2026) and the envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder. If mailed, the envelope containing the bid must be enclosed in another envelope addressed appropriately. The City of Newton reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any technicality, informality or irregularity in the bids received. The City further reserves the right to award a contract to the vendor whose offer best meets the requirements in the best interests of the City.
