Korte & Luitjohan Contractors, Inc. is seeking qualified, disadvantaged businesses as subcontractors for the City of Sparta, IL Wastewater Improvements project. Qualified subcontracting opportunities are available in the following areas: Precast Concrete, Metals, Electrical, Equipment, Process Interconnections, and Water and Wastewater Processing. Interested businesses should contact the Estimating Department in writing (certified letter, return receipt requested) or via email to discuss subcontracting or material supply opportunities. All negotiations must be complete prior to the bid opening. Proposals will be evaluated on the basis of the lowest responsive bid received.
