Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Glenville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Installation of replacement metal on township office and maintenance buildings. Site inspection of the project is required by all bidders. Bid forms will be provided during the site inspection. All bids must be submitted on bid forms furnished by the Township. No bid bond is required. Successful bidder will furnish performance bond for 50% of contract amount. Work is to be completed within 6 months of contract signing. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to award the bids in the best interest of the Township.
