Sealed bids will be received online by Mount Joy Township via the PennBid Program for the 2026 Seal Coating project. Bids shall be on a unit price basis for a single prime contract. All bidding documents are available at no cost. Bid Security in the amount of 10% of the bid, a Workmen's Compensation Affidavit, Public Works Employment Verification Form, and an Anti-Collusion Affidavit must accompany the bid as per the instructions to bidders. Bids must remain open for 60 days from the date of bid opening and may not be withdrawn during this period. The successful bidder must furnish performance and payment bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract price. The project is subject to Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry Prevailing Wage Rates. Mount Joy Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or any part thereof, and to waive defects, errors, omissions, irregularities, or informalities in bids received. Estimated Contract Value: $290,000 to $310,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
