Bid proposals must be submitted on forms provided and enclosed in a sealed, opaque envelope marked for the specific bid opening. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to 10% of the bid, payable to West Donegal Township, and include an Anti-Collusion Affidavit. The successful bidder must provide both a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond from a suitable surety company, each in the full contract amount. Bidding documents are available at the Township office.
