Landscaping & Excavating - $105,797.00 Sealed Bids for concrete sidewalk and brick paver repairs Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis. Bid Security in the amount of 10% of the Bid amount, the Workmen's Compensation Affidavit, Public Works Employment Verification Form and an Anti-Collusion Affidavit must accompany the Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bids shall remain open for a period of 60 days from the date of Bid opening. Bids may not be withdrawn during this period. The successful Bidder(s) shall be required to furnish performance and payment bonds in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price in accordance with the Proposal and Contract Instructions - Form 944.
