Description

Renovation of a laboratory facility in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.

HVAC upgrade services for the TAN-675 facility involving removal of outdated components, installation of new HVAC equipment and controls, integration with the existing building infrastructure, and compliance with applicable safety, environmental, and energy-efficiency standards. Work includes testing and commissioning to ensure proper functionality and may fall under Davis-Bacon Act requirements and the INL Site Stabilization Agreement for construction activities performed within INL's 890-square-mile site boundary. The purpose of this notice is to identify qualified vendors with relevant HVAC upgrade capabilities and experience for potential inclusion in a future Request for Proposal process. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
