Demolition and renovation of a residential development in Fayetteville, West Virginia. Completed plans call civil work for a residential development.

The Fayette County Commission will receive sealed bids for inspection, asbestos testing, asbestos abatement, and demolition of specified structures as part of Phase 9. Structures included are on Gatewood Rd., Ingram Branch Rd. (house debris and garage), Armstrong Creek Rd., Chestnut St., A St., Lincoln St., Scarbro Rd., Midland Trail, and Central Ave. Phase 9 1411 Gatewood Rd. Fayetteville, WV 25840 64 Ingram Branch Rd. Scarbro, WV 25917 18367 Midland Trail Ansted, WV 25812 56 Central Ave. Ansted, WV 25812 1. Call 811 before demolition begins to check utilities. 2. Disconnect and cap all utility lines, including electric, gas, water, and sewer. 3. Raze existing structure(s) and remove all construction materials and debris from site. This is to include asbestos testing and abatement if necessary. 4. Remove all loose debris, liter, trash, refuse, overgrowth, etc. from lot area. 5. Dispose of all debris and materials in an environmentally safe and acceptable manner, including but not limited to asbestos abatement. Contractor shall maintain records and provide proof for disposal of materials by providing weigh receipts and names of disposal sites. 6. Back fill all disturbed areas as may be necessary to restore and to match to original grade. 7. Rake area smooth, seed with lawn grass, and mulch with straw. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the Fayette County Courthouse, Commission Chambers. Proposals should be mailed or hand delivered to the specified addresses by the deadline. Sealed proposals will be opened publicly at a commission meeting. Bidders are required to use Beacon Bid to pose inquiries and receive updates and notifications.
