Contract No. 1 - Furnishing all materials, labor, and necessary items for the construction and installation of approximately 260 LF of 53"x41" steel pipe arch culvert, 465 LF of 24" diameter and smaller HDPE storm pipe; 8 catch basins; and all other items and appurtenances as outlined in the Plans and Specifications. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Guarantee Bond payable to the Owner for five percent (5%) of the total amount of the Bid or a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Letter of Credit in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the Bid. Contract Times for Contract: 90 calendar days to substantial completion and 120 calendar days to complete work ready for final payment. Contractor shall pay Owner $1,000 for each day that expires after the time (as duly adjusted pursuant to the Contract) for Substantial Completion until the Work is substantially complete.
