Contract No. 1 - Furnishing all materials, labor, and necessary items for the construction and installation of approximately 260 LF of 53"x41" steel pipe arch culvert, 465 LF of 24" diameter and smaller HDPE storm pipe; 8 catch basins; and all other items and appurtenances as outlined in the Plans and Specifications. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Guarantee Bond payable to the Owner for five percent (5%) of the total amount of the Bid or a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Letter of Credit in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the Bid.
