Defence Construction Canada is inviting contractors to apply to be placed on QRT source list(s) for work required by the Department of National Defence at CFB Edmonton, AB. The source list will be in place for three years from the date of establishment. Applications are for the category of Underground Civil services for projects with an estimated value up to $500,000. Contractors must submit applications by e-mail using the Source List application form. The language selected by the applicant will be used for all future tenders, contracts, and communications for the duration of the source list. Tenders and contracts under the QRT source lists may contain organization and personnel security requirements, such as Designated Organization Screening and reliability status, and may require Facility Security Clearance at the level of SECRET. Contracts include measurable performance standards and requirements; a contractor receiving an unacceptable or failing score may be removed from the Source List. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com Interested contractors may request to join the SL at any time, subject to the SL terms and conditions. Upon receipt of a request, an administrative processing time of approximately 10 days is required to be included in this SL. However, DCC is requesting that interested contractors submit a request to join the SL as soon as possible, preferably by March 19, 2026.
