All work shall be done in accordance with NFPA and PESH industry standards and applicable laws. All parts used to repair and maintain existing extinguishers and systems are to be new. Vendors must be a NYSDOT certified cylinder requalification facility and be currently registered. Registration number is to be stated on the pricing sheets in spaces provided. All units in all buildings must have a valid inspection ticket, with all inspections of units to be conducted during the first 3 months of contract.
