Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Pewaukee, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work includes removal of concrete curb and gutter (450 LF), concrete sidewalk (750 SF), concrete driveway (730 SF), and asphalt driveway (3,431 SF); excavation (590 CY); pulverizing asphaltic pavement (4,095 SY); pavement sawcutting (700 LF); installation of 30" concrete curb and gutter (450 LF), 5-Inch concrete sidewalk (740 SF), curb ramp with detectable warning field (yellow, 90 SF), and 7-Inch concrete driveway (730 SF); base aggregate dense (1,265 TON); HMA pavement (1,380 TON); restoration of topsoil and hydroseed; traffic control; pavement markings (3,170 LF); water main (1,440 LF), hydrants (3 EA), gate valve and box (11 EA), corporation stop (20 EA), connecting to existing service (20 EA), HDPE water service (523 LF); inlet protection (4 EA); storm structure chimney repair/rebuild (1 EA); RCP storm sewer (275 LF), storm sewer structures (9 EA); sanitary manhole chimney rebuild (5 EA); sanitary lateral spot repair (1 EA); sanitary sewer CIPP liner (1,333 LF); test and seal lateral connections (24 EA). This is a unit price contract. Bids must be submitted electronically using the bid form provided through QuestCDN. All required blanks must be filled in for the bid to be accepted. All bidders must file a "Bidders Qualification Statement." Failure to list subcontractors or suppliers may be cause for rejection. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the bid price. The successful bidder will be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds in the full contract amount and provide a listing of all subcontractors and suppliers with a value of $1,000 or more.
