Sealed bids are invited for furnishing approximately 90,000 cubic yards of surfacing gravel and 1,000 cubic yards of armor coat gravel to the Platte County Highway Department for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2026 and ending June 30, 2027. Bid forms, contract forms, and specifications are available at the office of the County Highway Superintendent. Bids must include a certified check or cash in the sum of $500.00, to be forfeited if the bidder refuses to enter into a contract after being awarded. Alternative items will be considered, and the County Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
