The work consists of updating interior finishes at the Administration Center on the Central Community College, Columbus campus. Work includes removal of office systems and floor finishes, prep of concrete slab including removal of adhesive as required for new flooring finishes. Additional work includes protection of existing equipment and furniture and painting throughout. Question Deadline 04/24/2026 Clarifications requested by bidders must be in writing not less than four (4) days before date set for receipt of bids. Work comprises remodeling and demolition, including general construction and electrical work. All labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the proper construction of the project are to be furnished in strict accordance with the bid documents. Bids are to be signed, sealed, and submitted for the project. Bid security of 5% of the lump sum bid amount is required. The General, Mechanical, and Electrical work will be included in one bid, and all subcontractor quotations must be sent to the General Contractor. The contractor is required to provide acceptable performance bonds and pay for all labor and materials. Prior to starting work, insurance documents must be submitted. All work must be completed within the contract time period. Bids will only be accepted on the printed forms provided.
