The project shall include all labor, materials, transportation and equipment required for the construction of: C-71(808) - approximately 2.5 miles of 5" asphaltic concrete overlay, type "SPR" with cement stabilization of the subgrade; C-71(854A) - approximately 2.7 miles of 5" asphaltic concrete overlay, type "SPR" with cement stabilization of the subgrade, both with cold milling and patching, and other related incidental work. The project sites are located as follows: C-71(808) - on 190th Street between East 29th Avenue and East 59th Avenue, and on East 44th Avenue between 190th Street and Highway 30, C 71(854A) - on 400th Avenue between Highway 91 and 497th Street, and on 497th Street between 400th Avenue and 385th Avenue, both in Platte County, Nebraska.
