Sealed bids are requested for the installation of buried fiber optic cable. Bids must comply with the instructions to bidders as set forth in the contract documents. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, irrevocable letter of credit, bid bond, or a term bid bond on file. The contract will be awarded to the responsible bidder submitting the lowest and best bid, or all bids may be rejected.
