Sealed bids are requested for Phase 9 - Water System Improvements, which include Contract #1: construction of a new 400,000 gallon elevated tank, and Contract #2: waterline installation, piping modifications at an existing booster pump station, piping modifications at two existing elevated tanks, and construction of a new booster pump station. Separate bids are required for each contract. Bids for Contract #1 must be on a Lump Sum basis, while Contract #2 requires both Lump Sum and Unit Price bids as specified on the bid form. Printed or electronic copies of bidding documents may be obtained from Four Points Land Surveying & Engineering, Inc., for a non-refundable payment.
