Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Phased construction is required at the Operations Center under a multi-prime bid consisting of General, Electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing contracts. The HVAC Contract scope of work includes, but is not necessarily limited to: project coordination as it involves other trades, obtaining necessary permits, securing bonds as required by the Owner, executing work related to net zero ready passive house goals, sealing mechanical and HVAC-related penetrations in the air barrier, coordination with other prime contractors, and management of scope of work impacted by other prime contractors.
