As per Adda 2....The Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 1260 River Ave. Pittsburgh PA 15212. There will NOT be a meeting held at 1200 Penn Ave. Pittsburgh, PA 15222. Pittsburgh Water is requesting bids for phased construction at their Operations Center under a multi-prime bid consisting of General, Electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing contracts. The General Contract scope of work includes but is not necessarily limited to: site work, subgrade preparation, utilities on the site, and utilities up to the building, layout and staking, installation of temporary fencing, utility coordination, mine grouting, and geopier installation, work related to net zero ready passive house goals, project coordination as it involves other trades, obtaining permits, securing bonds as required by Owner, coordination with other prime contractors including managing the scheduling of construction activities of the prime contractors, and management of scope of work impacted by other prime contractors.
