Williamsport Municipal Water Authority is requesting bids for the construction of the Mosquito Valley WTP Electrical Service Upgrade (WA-25-26). The project includes the following work: 1. Demolition of the existing medium voltage switch, PPL metering, and overhead line. 2. Installation of new utility poles, a medium voltage switch, and PPL metering with medium voltage cabling. Bids are requested for Contract WA-25-26. For requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders included in the bidding documents. Bids will not be accepted from bidders that do not attend the mandatory pre-bid conference. Question Deadline 03/24/2026 at 3:00 PM ET Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing via the PennBID web posting. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered plan holders. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Bidder is required to visit the Site and conduct a thorough visual examination of the Site and adjacent areas. During the visit the Bidder must not disturb any ongoing operations at the Site. A Site visit is scheduled following the pre-bid conference. Maps to the Site will be available at the pre-Bid conference.
