The project involves furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment and performing all work for the rehabilitation of airfield lighting and signage at Penn Valley Airport in Selinsgrove, PA. Sealed bids must include the bidder's name and business address, project name, and airport name and location on the lower left corner of the sealed bid envelope. Bids must be accompanied by a bid guarantee in the form of a bid bond or certified check in the amount of not less than five percent of the total amount bid. A contract performance bond and a contract payment bond, each equal to 100 percent of the contract price, will be required for the successful bidder. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 calendar days after the date of receiving bids. The work shall commence with adequate force and equipment on a date specified by the owner and must be completed within the prescribed time.
