Seal Coat: Furnish and place 8,874 SY of Asphalt Seal Coat with Fiber, 8,874 SY of Asphalt Fog Seal, and 3,630 LF of Double Yellow Line Paint. Paving: Furnish and place 20 Tons of Flexible Base Replacement, 470 Tons of 9.5 MM Leveling Course, 264 Tons of Asphalt Base Course, 110 Tons of 9.5 MM Wearing Course, 6 Tons of Paved Drives, 1,192 SY of Edge Repair, 1,000 CY of Fill, 240 Tons of 2A Subbase, 78 Tons of Shoulder Backup, 1 Ea. guiderail Install, 1 Ea. E and S Controls, and Survey and Engineering. PA Prevailing Wage Rates Apply. A bituminous escalator clause is included in this bid. Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as proof of workers compensation insurance will be required from the lowest responsible bidder Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals
