This contract provides for curb ramps, curbs, sidewalks, excavation, minor paving, and signal systems, and other work, all in accordance with the attached contract plans, contract provisions, and the standard specifications. The contract work shall be physically complete within 45 working days from the Notice to Proceed. Bidders are notified that disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin.
