The project is estimated to cost $450,000. The general scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following: o Provide a full building HVAC controls upgrade for the 500 and 600 Buildings to meet current District standards. Work includes replacement of existing control devices, controllers, sensors, control wiring, and integration of associated HVAC equipment into the District's building automation system. o Replace the Salon HVAC system, including removal of the existing system and installation of a new rooftop unit, associated ductwork modifications, controls integration, and any required structural reinforcement to support the new equipment. o Provide additional electrical circuits in classrooms as indicated on the drawings, including new branch circuit wiring, devices, and panelboard connections. o Provide all associated demolition, modifications, and system connections necessary to complete the work as shown on the drawings and as required for a complete and operational installation.
