As of April 3, 2026, project has been cancelled. A new solicitation will be issued at a later date following reassessment of project scope and funding. This project will replace the two existing influent flow meters for the Salmon Creek Treatment Plant, with associated electrical and controls modifications, and removal of one sink and appurtenances. The work requires temporary sewer flow control and bypassing. All work will be in accordance with the Contract Plans and Contract Provisions. The project is located in the Headworks Building (Building 10) of the Salmon Creek Treatment Plant at 15100 NW McCann Road, Vancouver, WA 98685 and at various locations north of the treatment plant entrance gate along and/or adjacent to NW McCann Road. The Board of Sewer Commissioners reserves the right to waive informalities in the bidding, accept a proposal of the lowest responsible bidder, reject any or all bids, republish the call for bids, revise or cancel the work, or require the work to be done in another way if the best interest of the District is served. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent of the amount of such proposal. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish a satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the District.
