Clark County is soliciting proposals for a Regional Solid Waste and Recycling Tool. Proposals shall be received in the Purchasing Office at 1300 Franklin Street, Suite 650, Vancouver, Washington 98660. A non-mandatory pre-submittal meeting will be held via Microsoft Teams. Proposers shall email the Project Manager to request a meeting invite. Disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin.
