Renovation of a municipal facility in Mitchell, South Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The work consists of replacing rooftop units at the Public Safety Building. Bidders are required to furnish all materials, labor, supervision, tools, and equipment necessary or incidental to the project. Proposals must be submitted using the provided forms, fully completed and signed by the authorized person. Any informally or irregularly submitted proposals will not be considered. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security, either a certified check, cashier's check, or bank draft from a National or State Bank, payable to the City of Mitchell, South Dakota, for at least five percent (5%) of the bid amount, or a bid bond for ten percent (10%) of the bid amount issued by an authorized surety. The City of Mitchell reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any or all bids.
