Sealed proposals are requested for furnishing all materials, labor, supervision, tools, and equipment necessary or incidental to the work for the Paving and Overlay project, City Project #2026-15. Proposals must be submitted on the blank forms provided by the City of Mitchell, include all required papers properly filled out and signed, and be labeled only with the project being bid. Each bid must be accompanied by either a certified check, cashier's check, or bank draft for at least five percent (5%) of the bid amount, or a bid bond for ten percent (10%) of the bid amount from an authorized surety, as guaranty the bidder will enter into a contract within ten days after the notice of award is delivered.
