Description

Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Santa Cruz, California. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and transportation required to complete the following: remove damaged pedestrian guardrails, remove or repair existing retaining wall and concrete curb, and install new pedestrian guardrail. 1 Demolition and Removal 2 Capitola Rd Pedestrian Guardrail 3 Capitola Rd Retaining Wall repair/replace 4 E Cliff Dr Pedestrian Guardrail 5 E Cliff Dr PCC Curb repair Location of Project. Capitola Road south of Harborview Court and 2011 East Cliff Drive The Project shall be completed within 15 working days. Question Deadline 03/05/2026 All questions relative to this Project prior to the opening of Bids shall be in writing and received a minimum of five (5) working days prior to the above-stated Bid due date and shall be directed to: City of Santa Cruz, Public Works Department Attn: Dan Cabreros 809 Center Street, Room 201 Santa Cruz, California 95060 Email: dcabreros@santacruzca.gov Tel.: 831-420-5420 Fax: 831-420-5161 Bidders bidding as the Prime Contractor shall possess a valid California Contractors Class A or C-13 License at the time of bid submittal, It is understood and agreed that the City may reject any or all proposals, or waive any informalities or minor defects in proposals received.
